The HSE has expressed its “ongoing concern” about a potent synthetic opioid being sold on the streets of Dublin and Cork as heroin. N-Pyrrolidino protonitazene is stronger than fentanyl. The HSE has posted on social media that there is a “high risk for people who use heroin at this time.”....
