This report summarises the findings of a mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative consultation with members of the Northern Ireland Alcohol and Drugs Alliance (NIADA). In August 2024, all (then) 20 member organisations of NIADA were contacted to participate. The consultation took the form of a semi-structured interview, where all participants were asked the same prompt questions, followed by a short online questionnaire. Some interviews took place on Microsoft Teams, and others were conducted face-to-face. A total of 17 organisations participated in both the interviews, and the online questionnaire².
