Spotlight is a data dissemination platform that collates and presents key statistics related to the public health outcomes of Inclusion health groups across the following themes: access to and utilisation of health care; preventative care; health outcomes; and wider determinants of health. The aim of Spotlight is to improve accessibility and visibility of data and evidence related to inclusion health populations. Data have been selected for inclusion based on validity, reliability, and relevance of the original source.
Preventative care tab
- Percentage of eligible prisoners accessing drug treatment who were given take-home naloxone on release from prison
- Percentage of people who inject drugs responding to the Unlinked Anonymous Monitoring (UAM) Survey and who report overdosing in the last year, who had naloxone administered

Spotlight was last updated on 30 October 2024 and regional data were added for the first time for some indicators. These can be found under the ‘Regional data’ tab at the top of this page. The following indicators were updated to the latest available data:
