In 2022 the Authority engaged with 27 organisations, groups and residents in communities located across the country. This short report attempts to give a flavour of what the Authority heard in 2022 in these conversations. The Authority places an emphasis on this engagement because it provides useful insights into how and where the policing service is experienced as effective and why it is effective — and when it is not experienced as effective, it gives a sense and perspective of why that is so.
