Documents released to The Times under freedom of information laws show that park rangers logged 219 cases of antisocial behaviour in January to the end of June. These included 155 cases involving alcohol, 27 involving drugs, eight crimes, six cases of homeless people sleeping in the grounds and three cases of people having sex in the park...
