This study builds on previous research on school-based sex education in Ireland. It investigates national levels of RSE implementation and examines the structures, process and outcomes of RSE implementation and delivery at national, regional and local level. The research identifies barriers and facilitators to RSE implementation and delivery at policy and practitioner levels.
