This report gives an overviw of current EU drugs strategy and possibilities of evolving the strategy within the context of the Treaty of Amsterdam. Also covered are the principles and objectives of the EU strategy (2000-2004), demand reduction, supply reduction, money laundering, supply of chemical precursors, new synthetic drugs and evaulation of strategy.
