The research (as outlined in the main body of the report) has gone some way toward identifying the areas in which the Task Force needs to focus on as part of its future operations and activities. Chapter one outlines the overall strategy for the Task Force for the coming number of years. The Strategy is structured into an overall vision. This is in turn followed by a range of objectives, each of which contains actions and a number of goals that are planned to achieve each objective and ultimately the vision. The strategy is informed by the findings and suggestions arising out of the report which can also be consulted to flesh out the detail of some of the objectives, goals and actions.
