In February 1999, a number of Family Support Groups from right across Dublin came together to hold a service of commemoration and hope. From this came the Citywide Family Support Groups Network which represents Family Support Groups right across the city. This report lists the aims and goals of the service in highlighting the number of deaths from drug-related causes and the lack of funding for support groups.
