TASC has continued its work with the Dublin City Community Co-operative’s Healthy Communities Project and has completed an evaluation of their Social Prescribing Programme. The purpose of this evaluation is to provide an assessment of the impact of the Social Prescribing Programme on the clients who reside in Dublin's Northeast Inner City, a highly diverse area with significant pockets of marked disadvantage.
