P.10 Railway Safety Bill - To amend the statutory limits for concentration of alcohol in blood, urine and breath for a railway safety critical worker and to update procedures for sampling and testing of workers for intoxicants (alcohol, drugs) and associated procedures under the Railway Safety Act 2005.  

P.23 Intoxicating Liquor Bill - Condensed Bill to introduce certain key reforms from the Sale of Alcohol Bill 2022. - Work is ongoing.

P.6 Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhaling Products) (Amendment) Bill 2025 - To regulate the packaging and appearance of nicotine inhaling products and refill containers of such products; to provide for restrictions in relation to the signage, display and advertising of nicotine inhaling products. - Work is ongoing. 

P.7 Public Health (SingleUse Vapes) Bill 2025 - To prohibit the sale of single-use vapes -Work is ongoing

P.9 Courts and Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill - To provide for an increase in the maximum numbers of judges in the District Court, the Circuit Court, the High Court and the Court of Appeal. It will also provide for a number of technical amendments to the Gambling Regulation Act 2024. - Heads in preparation.

P.8 Department of Transport - Railway Safety (Amendment Bill)  - To amend the statutory limits for concentration of alcohol in blood, urine and breath for a railway safety critical worker and to update procedures for sampling and testing of workers for intoxicants (alcohol, drugs) and associated procedures under the Railway Safety Act 2005. In addition, to update provisions in the Act including relating to functions of the Commission for Railway Regulation and an amendment of the Public Transport Regulation Act 2009. 

P.20 Intoxicating Liquor Bill - Condensed Bill to introduce certain key reforms from the Sale of Alcohol Bill 2022.

P.20 Health (Pharmacy and Prescribing) Bill - Revision of elements of the Pharmacy Act 2007 to update some provisions and enable the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland to streamline some functions (e.g. fitness to practice processes). Subject to further legal advice, to update provisions of the Pharmacy Act, the Misuse of Drugs Act and the IMB Act to better support the DoH eHealth strategy.
