Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister for Health: Non-alcohol products and the significant promotion of those products are relatively recent developments therefore the overall public health impact is as yet unclear. My Department monitors the emerging evidence on an ongoing basis and will conduct a specific evidence review on the public health impacts of such promotions in the near future.
