In 2023, we received 1,402 written complaints concerning 1,134 advertisements. This represents an increase of 18% when compared to the number of complaints received in 2022. The number of individual advertisements that attracted complaints increased by 26% compared to the same figure for 2022 (1,134 compared to 899).
