Former prisoners were most at risk from a drug overdose following a cash windfall, or immediately after leaving rehab or jail, a campaign to combat drug deaths said. An information sheet for vulnerable users said people also needed to be aware of “common myths”, including the idea that inflicting pain would help rouse somebody after they had overdosed....
