Final estimates for 2018 show that between 220 and 260 people were killed in accidents in Great Britain where at least one driver or rider was over the drink-drive limit, with a central estimate of 240 deaths.
- The final estimate of fatalities for 2018 is similar to levels seen since 2010, however, the fall from 250 in 2017 is not statistically significant
