924. Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health his strategy to address a matter (details supplied) in respect of awareness campaigns on the dangers of drinking alcohol during pregnancy; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [34696/17]
Minister of State at the Department of Health (Deputy Catherine Byrne): The provision of services including awareness campaigns for fetal alcohol syndrome is the responsibility of the Health Service Executive and as such, I have arranged to have the Deputy's question referred to the Health Service Executive for attention and direct reply.
