This review, conducted by Fitzpatrick Associates, included consulation with all of the relevant stakeholders, including statutory agencies and the voluntary sector. The consultants evaluated the implementation of the actions contained in both the strategies and the homeless action plans prepared by local authorities to address homelessness in their local area. Based on these findings, the Review identifies five priority areas which any future homeless strategy should seek to address and on which resources should be focused.
