On 23 March, 2000 a one-day seminar was held by Soilse assess the pilot phase of HYPER, to examine various issues related to young people and drugs and to explore models of good practice in the youth and drugs work field. The contributions from the speakers and delegates at the workshops have been compiled in this handbook. This handbook will be a useful resource for young people, families, community groups and youth and drug workers.
