The centre delivered 5,545 bed nights in 2025, an increase of 21% since 2021. Alcohol was reported as problematic by 59% of admissions with cocaine problematic in 40% of cases. Other substances were cited by 44% of admissions. Gambling addiction affected 15% of admissions with sex or pornography cited by 13% and food or eating by 9%. The centre also answered 16,345 phone calls last year.

The report also revealed:

• 94% of residential clients completed the full treatment programme.
• 69%  of people who progressed into Continuing Care after treatment are still in active recovery and engaged in our aftercare program.
• 58 people accessed the Centre’s Stabilisation Group following relapse — with over half successfully returning to mainstream recovery.
• 52 concerned persons, including family members and loved ones, joined the aftercare programme, reflecting the wider impact of addiction on families.
• 37% of clients presented with three or more addictive behaviours.
• Almost 100 people celebrated one full year of sobriety at Rutland’s annual Medallion Ceremony.
