Jennifer Carroll MacNeill, Minister for Health: Departmental Officials have been informed by the HSE that applications received by them under the Medical Cannabis Access Programme (MCAP) have a turnaround time of 3 working days. For the most part these applications are processed under the 3 day timeframe.

Complete Ministerial Licence applications received by the Department of Health are targeted to be completed in 2-3 working days.
