- Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health the number of people accessing products under the ministerial licence for cannabis products, for each product, by condition, by year, in tabular form. [39583/25]

The Ministerial Licence system has been operating since 2016. To date there have been 80 patients in total treated under the programme, as per the table below. There are currently 26 patients receiving treatment under the system.
As the decision to treat is a clinical one between Doctor and patient and is one in which the Minister for Health has no role it would not be appropriate to include patients conditions or the products they are being treated with in this response.
