247. Deputy Barry Ward asked the Minister for Health her views on whether advertising by companies (details supplied) contravenes laws in relation to alcohol advertising; if she will engage with companies that engage in this practice; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17769/25]

Minister for Health: Matters relating to enforcement and compliance of the measures of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 are the responsibility of the National Environmental Health Services of the Health Service Executive.
