- Deputy Duncan Smith asked the Minister for Health if there is a plan to develop a new tobacco-free Ireland programme implementation plan given that the current one is due to expire in 2025; if a working group will be established to progress same; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [19491/25]
Minister for Health: The Tobacco Free Ireland Programme and its implementation plan was developed and is managed by the HSE. I have referred the question to the HSE for direct reply.
