Deputy Ruth Coppinger asked the Minister for Health if she is concerned by the advertising of 0.0 versions of alcoholic drinks being advertised at major sporting events which is in breach of restrictions in Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health: Matters relating to enforcement and compliance of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 are the responsibility of the National Environmental Health Services of the Health Service Executive. I have referred the question to the Health Service Executive for direct reply to the Deputy.
