The list is not exhaustive and, in the event of a substance not being listed above, reference should also be made to the published Act and Regulations at legislation.gov.uk, specifically Parts I, II, III and IV of Schedule 2 to the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and in Schedules 1 to 5 to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001.
