The text of the Convention was established by the Secretary-General in accordance with article 22 of the Protocol.
Lists participation in the Convention by virtue of ratification, accession or succession to the Protocol of 25 March 1972 or to the 1961 Convention after the entry into force of the Protocol by country.
Entry into force: 8 August 1975, in accordance with article 18 of the Protocol of 25 March 1972.
