National 24-Hour Helpline - In 2020, there were 13,438 contacts to the National Helpline. Most were first-time contacts (6451) with 5,349 in touch for a second or subsequent time and 1,638 undisclosed.

DRCC’s counselling and therapy services had to pivot completely from exclusively delivered face-to-face to fully online or by phone. DRCC had 570 clients in 2020, of which 268 were new in that year and 302 ongoing clients. Some 92.5% of clients were female, 7.5% were male.
