The Drugs Monitoring Platform (DMP) is a common system for collecting, visualizing and sharing drug data. The DMP aims to provide access to real-time data on drug trafficking trends at the micro and macro level, deliver data using interactive visualizations adapted to user specific needs and improve early warning drug threat identification.
Individual drug seizure cases combined with a dynamic mapping tool to build drug pictures
The DMP provides geographical insight on current trends with close to 400,000 geo-coded individual drug seizure data points, obtained from over 180 countries. The Platform enables the generation of national, regional and international pictures on drug trafficking, including the early identification of drug trafficking routes and related branches.
