This report tells the story of how Focus Ireland and Focus Housing Association played a key role in the achievements of 2019. The report sets out the numbers, images, experiences of staff and, most important, the stories of the people we supported. We want to explain the work we do and the difference we make. 

So, the report is structured not around our own internal organisational units, but around the people we work with. In the section on families, we cover the work that our prevention services, housing services, research and advocacy staff, and housing team undertook to assist families – and the key donors who made that work possible. All our work with young people and with single people with complex needs is reported in the same way.
