The Criminal Assets Bureau (the Bureau) Strategic Plan 2020 - 2023 sets out our priorities and how we plan to carry out our mission ‘’to ensure crime does not pay” over this four year period. Following a review of our accomplishments over the lifetime of our Statement of Strategy 2017 – 2019 and consultation with relevant stakeholders, we have selected areas of strategic focus for the period January 2020 to 31 December 2023. Key programmes of activity have been identified in order to ensure we continue to build on past successes and counter emerging risks in our ever evolving operational environment. This plan sets out what we want to achieve during its lifetime and links strategic goals with operational activities which will be further developed and detailed in four annual business plans. We will hold ourselves to account for our performance against this strategic plan and the specific targets featured in the associated business plans.
