Last year, 154 people were arrested for drink-driving over Paddy's Day weekend.... Meanwhile, the HSE is expressing concern over the amount of alcohol and other drugs that will be consumed during St Patrick's weekend events. It is advising people not to use drugs, but if they do, do not mix substances and do not 'binge'.......
