In response to previous recommendations, the fortieth meeting of the ECDD was designated a special session dedicated to the review of cannabis and cannabis-related components that are currently scheduled under the 1961 and 1971 Conventions. A separate pre-review of cannabidiol was carried out during the thirty-ninth meeting of the ECDD.
