The research, led by NUI Galway lecturer Dr Padraig MacNeela, found two in five (40pc) young people who binge drink believe consensual drunk sex is a "normal and harmless" part of college life. Minister of State for Higher Education Mary Mitchell O'Connor will publish the report in the coming weeks before forming an inter-departmental expert group which will develop new Government policy on consent.......
