Deputy Maureen O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health the number of addiction councillors employed by the HSE drug treatment service in 2007; the number of addiction councillors employed by the HSE in the first half of 2017; the number of counsellors employed in the community and voluntary sectors in 2007; and number employed in 2017 by county. [41000/17]
