This is the 22nd annual statistical report of the National Cancer Registry. This report summarises cancer incidence, mortality and survival in Ireland for the period 1994-2015, and provides projected estimates for incidence for the most recent three-year period: 2015-2017.

Established risk factors for a number of cancers include including tobacco smoking, alcohol consumption, including cancer of mouth & pharynx, oesophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, and breast cancer.....
