Deputy James Browne asked the Minister for Health if a model of care for specialist rehabilitation units has been agreed with regard to the development of high-dependency rehabilitation services for service users with severe illness and complex needs; if a cohort of population for specialist rehabilitation units has been identified; and if he will provide details of both.  [33831/17]
