The standards were developed after consultation with the sector, and have been piloted by ten services, which used them to examine and assess how they support people into and through recovery, bringing together the relevant evidence to demonstrate the good work and then being interviewed by us. This represents a chance for services to both contribute to the overall quality of the treatment sector, and assess the quality of two or three vital aspects of their organisation.
