Group 10 Controlled drug offences: In 2015, there were 15,128 recorded Controlled drug offences, a decrease of 4.9% on 2014. Most of these recorded offences were for Possession of drugs for personal use, which showed a decrease of 2.6% to 10,979.
Group 04 Dangerous or negligent acts: Recorded Dangerous or negligent acts offences decreased by 1.4% to 7,199 in 2015. As in previous periods, most recorded offences in this group related to Driving/In charge of a vehicle while over legal alcohol limit, which decreased very slightly from 6,548 to 6,521 (-0.4%).
