The conference is held once every three years and is the most important international gathering which consider the dangers of smoking to our health.

Dr Reilly was invited to speak at the conference where he outlined the challenges involved in Ireland becoming only the second country in the world to introduce plain packaging (or Standardised Packaging) for tobacco products.
