An Cathaoirleach: This is a Seanad Bill which has been amended by the Dáil. In accordance with Standing Order 118, it is deemed to have passed its First, Second and Third Stages in the Seanad and is placed on the Order Paper for Report Stage. On the question "That the Bill be received for final consideration", the Minister may explain the purpose of the amendments made by the Dáil. This is looked upon as the report of the Dáil amendments to the Seanad. The only matters, therefore, which may be discussed are the amendments made by the Dáil. For Senators' convenience, I have arranged for the printing and circulation of the amendments. The Minister will deal with the subject matter of the amendments in the first group. I have also circulated the proposed grouping to the House. Senators may speak only once on the grouping. I remind Senators that the only matter that may be discussed is the amendments made by the Dáil.

Minister for Children and Youth Affairs (Deputy James Reilly): The amendments I am bringing to the Seanad today relate to technical drafting issues. In Part 4 of the Bill, there are references to the full Short Title of the proposed Act, namely, the Public Health (Standardised Packaging of Tobacco) Act 2014. There is also a reference to the full Short Title of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2002. The full Short Titles are being amended to more appropriately refer to the Act of 2015 and the Act of 2002. These amendments are reflected in the amendments from amendment No. 2 through to amendment No. 14. To accommodate these amendments, a new definition is to be inserted by amendment No. 1. The definition of the Act of 2015 is being inserted in the 2002 Act definitions section........
