Minister for Finance (Deputy Michael Noonan): I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the margins of error in the surveys of smokers that Ipsos MRBI carried out, for them and for the National Tobacco Control Office of the Health Services Executive, in the years in question are as set out in the following table.
