This is volume 5 of a series of 5 treatment guides of interventions for adolescents with cannabis use problems devised in the US.
MDFT is a highly specialist family therapy intervention requiring specialist competences and specialist supervision on the part of the clinician. This is a detailed guide for trained therapists to use specifically with this population. The intervention is flexible in length duration and intensity.
