Homeless Agency and Progression Routes Initiative 2009-2010.The Case Management Guidebook has been devised to provide comprehensive guidance and support to professionals working in the field of homelessness and drugs, and is aimed at ensuring that a care and case management approach is used in the context of meeting diverse needs. The guidebook is the result of an effective collaboration by the Homeless Agency Partnership, Progression Routes Initiative with support from the National Drug Strategy Team.
