An evaluation of the community-based BOND project, which aimed reintegrate young people returning from prison or places of detention back into the community, over a three year period. The evaulation was carried out by Phagos Training and included researching documentation, interviews with stakeholders, workshops and observation. Recommendations include that the project be funded to further provide a professional and succesful service to the community.
