This report is a review of the Certificate in Addiction Studies, as implemented by Crosscare's Drug Awareness Programme. The review examines the extent to which the course meets the professional needs of the voluntary and community sector. The review concludes that the programme has been successful, the content of the course has been well researched and the assessment procedure was appropriate. Students were positive about the benefit they derived from the course
