This report on treatment an prevention of drug abuse in the United States was written for the Archbishop of Dublin in order to formulate a church response to the drugs crisis in Dublin. It aims to understand treatment and prevention so that the Churches in Ireland might adapt attitudes to alleviate the problem in Ireland.
