This report is based on the findings from a structured interview with the Project Coordinator and the Auit/Assessment report of Seamus Cody. It outlines the background to the establishment of the project, the stages of development and offers conclusions. The report is generally positive with regard to the development of the resource centre, and offers critical advice for addressing the strengths and weaknesses of the centre, and what principles of good practice can be established.
