The County Wexford Community-Based Drug Initiative (CBDI) was established in 2000. It is funded by the South Eastern Health Board and is located within the structure of the Local Youth Service, Ferns Diocesan Youth Service It is configured as a multi-agency community based response to combat drug use in the County Wexford region of the South Eastern Health Board. This report describes the actions and achievements of the CBDI in its first year of operation.
