In order to determine the adequacy of the present system from the perspective of users, the Board has undertaken a survey of a representative group of key users of official statistics. The users were invited to comment on the present system and on progress made since the last user survey in 2002. They were also asked to identify the changes and improvements they would wish to see implemented over the next three to five years.
