Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform (Deputy Brian Lenihan): I am informed by the Forensic Science Laboratory that the following list of substances have been detected in cocaine and heroin respectively; Cocaine: Lignocaine, benzocaine, procaine, phenacetin, caffeine, mannitol, inositol, sorbitol, creatine, sucrose and lactose.
